The Second Epistle of St. Paul to the Thessalonians
The day of the Lord is not to come till the man of sin be revealed. The apostle's teachings are to be observed.
2:1 And we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and of our gathering together unto him:
2:2 That you be not easily moved from your sense nor be terrified, neither by spirit nor by word nor by epistle. as sent from us, as if the day of the Lord were at hand.
Chap. 2. Ver. 2. Spirit . . . utterance. . . letter indicate three possible sources of their belief that the parousia is imminent. Spirit refers to some falsely claimed revelation, utterance may be a statement of Paul’s which was misunderstood, or wrongly attributed to him, the letter seems to be one forged in Paul’s name.
2:3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for unless there come a revolt first, and the man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition
Ver. 3. . . The parousia must be preceded by a great apostasy, i.e., a great religious revolt, and the advent of the man of sin, i.e., Antichrist. Son of perdition, one entirely deserving of eternal punishment.
Ver. 3. The day of the Lord will not come. These words have been inserted to complete the sentence, which in the original is elliptical. The expanded reads "Let no man deceive you by any means: for the day of the Lord will not come unless there come a revolt first, and the man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition"
2:4 Who opposeth and is lifted up above all that is called God or that is worshipped, so that he sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself as if he were God.
Ver. 4. In the temple, that of Apostate Jerusalem which the full consensus of the Church Fathers declare he will rebuild - i.e. the Temple of Remphan; and in the Apostate shell of the former Christian church, which he perverts to his own worship: as the Freemasons have done to the Vatican.
Ver. 4. Antichrist will be characterized by great impiety and pride. He sits in the temple of God, etc. He will aspire to be treated as God and proclaim that he is really God.
2:5 Remember you not that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things?
2:6 And now you know what restrains him, that he may be revealed in his proper time.
Ver. 6. What restrains him. The Thessalonians knew the obstacle. We also know that it is Jesus Christ.
2:7 For the mystery of iniquity is already at work: only that he who is at present restraining it, does still restrain, until he is gotten out of the way.
Ver. 7. Mystery of iniquity, the evil power of Satan’s threefold prevarication and total Apostasy from God, of which Antichrist is to be the public exponent and champion. He who is at present restraining it. The obstacle is now spoken of as a person. Some point out that Michael the archangel and his heavenly army are obstacles, and this is true, which now prevent the appearance of Antichrist – but the primary obstacle is, as St. Justin Martyr teaches: Jesus Christ Himself; when the great Apostasy is complete, then in effect, Christ is “gotten out of the way.”
2:8 And then that wicked one shall be revealed: whom the Lord Jesus shall kill with the spirit of his mouth and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming: him
Ver. 8. When Christ appears in glory, He will inflict defeat and death on Antichrist by a mere word of command.
2:9 Whose coming is according to the working of Satan, in all power and signs and lying wonders:
Ver. 9 – 10. By the aid of Satan Antichrist will perform prodigies which men will falsely regard as miracles, and by means of which they will be led to adopt sinful practices.
2:10 And with all wicked deception to those who are perishing. For they have not received the love of truth that they might be saved.
2:11 Therefore God shall send them the operation of error, to believe lying:
Ver. 11. God shall send. . .That is God shall suffer them to be deceived by lying wonders, and false miracles, in punishment of their not entertaining the love of truth.
Ver. 11. 'God sends.' God will allow their willful rejection of truth to have its natural results of spiritual blindness, impenitence and damnation. A misleading influence, or, “a delusion.” The operation of error - the Greek reads: "energian planes" or literally the energy of delusion, which is exactly and actually the fallen spirits of the devils and demons conjured by pagan religion, especially by idolatry. NOW, currently, the Assisi delusion of the Apostates, Ratzinger and Wojtyla and many others present with them, is a very real and prime example. To give oneself over to this is to invite utter and complete damnation of oneself by God.
2:12 That all may be judged who have not believed the truth but have consented to iniquity.
2:13 But we ought to give thanks to God always for you, brethren, beloved of God, for that God hath chosen you firstfruits unto salvation, in sanctification of the spirit and faith of the truth:
Ver. 13. First-fruits, i.e., earliest believers in the gospel. Some manuscripts read: “from the beginning.” That is, God called them from all eternity.
2:14 Whereunto also he hath called you by our gospel, unto the purchasing of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.
2:15 Therefore, brethren, stand fast: and hold the teachings, which you have learned, whether by word or by our epistle.
Ver. 15. Teachings, i.e., his teachings whether given orally or in writing. Concerning Apostolic teaching – the oral is included in the written at the point we have the whole New Testament complete, i.e. with the completion of St. John’s Gospel.

The whole game of Apostate Babylon presenting the "Universal earthly head over the non-church."
I was Baptized within days after birth and Catechized and received first Communion (at the age of reason of 7 years old) and several years later given final Catechism for Confirmation and Confirmed (as was the normal progression then)all well beforethe opening of the Satanic Council of Vatican II (Vatican II opened October 11, 1962). The priests under 1917 Catholic Code of Canon Law had the "Irremovability of Pastors" to protect them. ("Pastors" applied to Parish Priests. The Bishops couldn't touch them without a whole proceeding based on grave reasons governed by Canon Law. This freed them to preach the Gospel without being hindered.) What was preached every week at Mass in the Homily of the Parish Priest was based strictly on the Gospel and the Epistle readings. In other words we were taught from the mouth of Christ and His apostles (the priest was only a humble servant of Christ who gave us the teaching directly from the Gospels and Epistles of the New Testament without personal self aggrandizement nor superstition on the part of the priest). NOT popes. NOT bishops. NOT personal opinions of the priest. NOT even the Church Fathers of the Early Church (without which their full consensus no doctrine is valid in Catholicism). Only direct from Christ and His apostles. I personally remember 1964 at Mass in the Catholic Church. The liturgy that was changed into Freemasonic Satanism had not yet been fullblown interjected into the Parishes. Instead, it was coming in stages and left everyone including the parish priests astounded, confused and very suspicious over what was really going on - AND RIGHTFULLY SO. By 1967, Freemasonry, especially (Satanic) Rosicrucianism was being full blown recommended in parishs.

That is the whole game of Apostate Babylon, both traditionalist "recognize and resist (i.e. SSPX)" and the "Sedevacantist (there is no valid Pope since the Apostate Antipope John XXIII, but we have to have one)" in regard to presenting the "Universal earthly head over the non-church."
Prior to the Apostate non-council of Vatican II, there was no Universal earthly head over the Church. There were numerous attempts at that heresy throughout the centuries. The most notable refutation of that is by Pope Saint Gregory the Great who said that anyone calling himself the earthly head over the Church would be the forerunner of the Antichrist. The attempt to bring this into being at non-council Rome only Vatican I was stopped by the fact that Roman 'Synod' Vatican I was never formally closed and so those doctrines proposed there - they are all interlinked and interdependent - were never formally promulgated. Those non-doctrines that were never promulgated and never had any validity in the first place were:
1) Papal Infallibilty and Papal earthly head over the entire Church
2) Mary ascended and assumed into heaven as a goddess - as a goddess she alone conceived without sin. Not even Jesus is mentioned in this doctrine as sinless - it is assumed that a sinless goddess alone could give birth to a sinless man-god. That is only Isis and Horus, the demons of ancient pagan Egypt. It is not Christ born of the blessed virgin Mary.
Christ is the God-man, NOT a man-god.
3) Men commanding God to forgive sin.
God is sovereign - NO ONE commands Him.
"Popes" blathering about any of those doctrines don't matter as it is only a private heretical opinion of a heretic outside of the Church.

In the words of Archbishop Lefebvre, Rome "lost faith" and Cardinal Ratzinger / Benedict XVI is a "snake".
Priests, bishops, cardinals, and Pope himself, from Vatican II are devoid of any legitimate authority because of the invalidity of the sacrament of Order and the heretical nature of the conciliar doctrine. We do not talk to a snake, one crushes the head of it. The so-called "conversion of Rome" by the SSPX is a tragic joke.
SSPX had no other purpose than defending the true Catholic faith against heresy. You betray one and the other, and the memory of Archbishop Lefebvre, and your faithful are mistaken.
You have unwisely quoted St. Joan of Arc at the end of your letter to the faithful of December 31, 2008 "From a precondition to the other one."
We know that we are the clerics of the Church of France who are condemned to the stake.

I was baptized in 1950. The only reason I mention that is it is before "trad" Catholics existed. There was only one Catholic Church then and Novus Ordo hadn't been foisted on the Church yet and tradition simply meant what it had for 2,000 years - adherence to Apostolic teaching. Nothing in the Church Fathers can contradict Church teaching from the Apostles. Inclusion in the Church Fathers is based on the following (this is from Fr. Vincent P. Miceli, S.J. - "The Antichrist" page 62.): "First, the writer or teacher of Catholic Faith and morals had to persevere unto death in a life of orthodox communion with the Church. Second, that life had to be eminent for sanctity. ... The teacher must enjoy a certain antiquity (looked at from the present day)...he could enjoy citation by a General Council:...." The last is a good example of Catholicity. In the 1950 Catholic Dictionary the four marks of the Fathers are: Antiquity (the first millenium) and Orthodoxy and Sanctity and Catholicity. Fr. Miceli's definitions are very to the point. The 1950 Catholic Dictionary also adds, concerning Antiquity that St. Gregory the Great (604 A.D.) and St. Isadore of Seville (636 A.D.) are the last in the West and St. John Damascene (8th Century) is the last in the East. The Doctors of the Church include certain of the Church Fathers and also St. Thomas Aquinas and St. Robert Bellarmine and the first of the modern (modern = the 5 centuries before 'Vatican II') Doctors namely St. Francis de Sales. The faith exposited by all of these has everything to do with the Apostles and the Scriptural record of God's revelation to us, that is the Holy Bible; and has nothing to do with Apostate Judaism, Gnosticism, Arianism, Modernism, Freemasonry, Paganism - especially idolatry (see the Book of Wisdom for a condemnation thereof), Magic, Sorcery, Kafir heresy (that is those things considered as heresy by Islam and which are either Vatican II apostasy connected or hateful towards Christians), Vatican II, synchretism with non-Christian idolatrous religion, Evolution, Pantheism, Monism and any and every other form of Apostasy and blasphemy.
Therefore the correct identification of a Catholic is in keeping with the faith exhibited by the Fathers and Doctors and not a label such as "trad", as if it were only one version as opposed to another - namely the Novus Ordo. I am a Catholic not a "trad" and certainly not a Novus Ordo Apostate, which I have nothing to do with. My point is that the true faith is unchanged throughout the centuries and when the faithful do not allow themselves to be pigeon-holed by ghetto-izing terms like "trad" -- very good. Let us all confess the Catholic faith and not be mislead by the Freemasonic imitation vomited forth by "Vatican II". God bless the remnant, which is the Church.
The Dura Europos house churches are simply examples of the house churches that the early Church met in. In each of these as the Didache (written 49 A.D. at the Council of Jerusalem by the Apostles and a book of the New Testament and listed canonically as such until the fourth century A.D. and still in a few Churches down until the present) tells us, people selected their own bishops. St. Clement of Rome (Bishop of Rome and Apostolic Father) at the end of the first century A.D., in his epistle, tells us the same -- he rebuked a small group in Corinth for not honoring the bishop that the whole local congregation had selected.
The Church began in small house churches and she will great her Lord when He returns from the same with all the faithful in all the faithful churches of every size.

In the below it is obvious that Rome, since the time of Vatican II, has totally and utterly contravened every commandment of God and blasphemed Him in total Apostasy and totally violated the doctrine and tradition that existed at Rome for centuries. In Pius XI's Mortalium Animus it is clear that Pius XI condemned any communion with "infidels". This is clearly based on God's commandments and must be obeyed. In putting forth Rome as the bastion of correct doctrine and the only true Church, Pius XI sums up the final progression of Roman Primacy. In the earlier history of this, shown below, Rome was not given dominion over the whole Church. Since the time of Photius the schism between East and West widened and in the time of Pius IX was made even wider. Given the absolute contradiction by Vatican II of even Pius XI's command to be separate from infidels, Rome has clearly foresworn any claim to doctrine, faith and teaching of the Catholic Apostolic mandate of the true Gospel given by Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit at Pentecost and professed at the Council of Jerusalem by the Apostles. Having done this, Rome stands self condemned as Apostate. Therefore, anyone aligning themselves with Rome or seeking unity with them is equally Apostate. Let them be Anathema. The Patriarchate of Constantinople is equally guilty of the same crimes against God and has the same condemnation. In yet another contradiction of Pius XI's condemnation of Ecumenism, Vatican II and the Patriarchate of Constantinople have sought pan-christian unity in the context of accepting all religions including non-Christian and even the most idolatrous of these as paths to God. This is simply put, the Great Apostasy, this and and any communion with these Apostates is cursed by God and must be rejected by all who are faithful to the Lord Jesus Christ. To be part of the great Apostasy will condemn one to hell forever.
See the two Nicene canons below for the real beginning of Roman See Primacy. Even if we assume that Canon XXXIX was as early as the first Nicene council in 325 A.D. it still is a decision of men and is therefore secondary to whatever God says through Jesus Christ. Even assuming that Canon XXXIX is as late an addition as would be at Chalcedon in 451 A.D. and was part of what alienated the Oriental Churches, it still governed a great deal of the Church for a very long time – centuries, and is therefore not to be taken lightly. Jesus Christ Himself instituted Church law in St. Matthew’s Gospel, Chapter 16 and Chapter 18. The prime example of how that governed of course is in the Acts.

It is utterly clear that Vatican II and the antipopes John XXIII and Paul VI and John Paul I and John Paul II and Benedict XVI have utterly violated this, especially when John Paul II blamed the utterly idolatrous Assisi meeting on Jan. 24, 2002 on the Holy Spirit, and can not be followed under penalty of Blaspheming the Holy Spirit and eternal damnation. In addition Guiseppe Siri was the real Pope of Rome – Gregory XVII, elected in 1958 until his death in 1988. He was forced to remain silent and in exile for that whole time by the Vatican II plotters who threatened to murder him and his family if he said anything. Shortly before his death he did speak.
All of Vatican II and the Novus Ordo and all and everyone connected with it are utterly contravened by God, His Christ and the Holy Spirit and Pius XI’s Mortalium Animus. Also, the fact that the See of Rome has been vacant since 1988 and no Pope reigned visibly since 1958 releases all the faithful from any obligation to the Vatican. Taken together and they MUST BE, the faithful are commanded by God in Rev. 18:1-6 and 2 Cor. 6:11-18 to come out now and be totally separate in every way from the Apostate and utterly evil Vatican dominion and every thing to do with it including the Novus Ordo and anyone claiming ANY allegiance with the Vatican of the present.

CANON VI. LET the ancient customs in Egypt, Libya and Pentapolis prevail, that the Bishop of Alexandria have jurisdiction in all these, since the like is customary for the Bishop of Rome also. I was Baptized within days after birth and Catechized and received first Communion (at the age of reason of 7 years old) and several years later given final Catechism for Confirmation and Confirmed (as was the normal progression then)all well beforethe opening of the Satanic Council of Vatican II (Vatican II opened October 11, 1962). The priests under 1917 Catholic Code of Canon Law had the "Irremovability of Pastors" to protect them. ("Pastors" applied to Parish Priests. The Bishops couldn't touch them without a whole proceeding based on grave reasons governed by Canon Law. This freed them to preach the Gospel without being hindered.) What was preached every week at Mass in the Homily of the Parish Priest was based strictly on the Gospel and the Epistle readings. In other words we were taught from the mouth of Christ and His apostles (the priest was only a humble servant of Christ who gave us the teaching directly from the Gospels and Epistles of the New Testament without personal self aggrandizement nor superstition on the part of the priest). NOT popes. NOT bishops. NOT personal opinions of the priest. NOT even the Church Fathers of the Early Church (without which their full consensus no doctrine is valid in Catholicism). Only direct from Christ and His apostles.
I personally remember 1964 at Mass in the Catholic Church. The liturgy that was changed into Freemasonic Satanism had not yet been fullblown interjected into the Parishes. Instead, it was coming in stages and left everyone including the parish priests astounded, confused and very suspicious over what was really going on - AND RIGHTFULLY SO.
By 1967, Freemasonry, especially (Satanic) Rosicrucianism was being full blown recommended in parishs.

See below. The Traditionalist Movement was begun by one Belgian priest, Father Gommar A. De Pauw (a peritti or so-called expert at Vatican II) under direct "authority" of the Apostate Vatican after the Satanic Apostasy of the 1958 Conclave and Vatican II. In other words the very same Satanists and Apostates, built on elevating the Pope and Satan above God and Jesus Christ, supposedly give De Pauw and "Traditionalists" the right to protest - but only within bounds that can be controlled and directed immediately right back into the Gates of Hell and sent into eternal damnation.
The entire Traditionalist movement is built on two items:
Item One - the Pope since the time that there has been nothing other than Antipopes who are practicing Satanists and False Prophets leading to the final False Prophet.
That is nothing other than Satanist Conjuring Idolatry and utterly damned.
The Second Item it was built on is the superstitious idea that Latin is a super-sanct language that no other can approach for truth and efficacy for intercession with God. Latin as a language like any other that God will hear a sincere petitioner in, is fine, that is different.
Forgetting that he sounds like Bela Lugosi, the fact is that he doesn't quote Catholic doctrine. Instead all he is full of is Romanist hyper legalistic separatism and supremacism. That denies everything that the Full Consensus of the Church Fathers taught about Catholicity. It is obvious he considers Latin as the only language that God hears and responds to - that is magical superstition and has nothing to do with Christ and His Gospel.
That is nothing other than the practice of magic. It also would obviously obviate the entire New Testament (written in Greek, not Latin) - THAT IS DIABOLICALLY ABSURD.

The CATHOLIC TRADITIONALIST MOVEMENT, literally grown "from the grassroots" as early as 1964, was publicly launched on March 15, 1965, by Father Gommar A. De Pauw, J.C.D., then a Professor of Theology and Canon Law, and Academic Dean at Mount St. Mary's Major Seminary in Emmitsburg, Maryland, and theological advisor at the Second Vatican Council in Rome. Father GOMMAR A. DE PAUW, the leader of the CATHOLIC TRADITIONALIST MOVEMENT, is a Belgian-born (1918) United States citizen, belonging to a family of early American settlers, among whom are Michael De Pauw, the first proprietor of what is now Ellis Island and Staten Island, New York; Charles De Pauw, personal aide-de-camp of Lafayette during the American Revolution; and Washington Charles De Pauw for whom the DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana is named. His maternal grandparents immigrated to the U.S. in 1911 and settled down in Paterson, N.J.
After graduating as a Diplomate in Classical Humanities, magna cum laude, from the College of St. Nicholas, Belgium, he entered the diocesan seminary of Ghent, Belgium, for his philosophical and theological studies. At the outbreak of World War II he fought as a combat medic with the 9th Belgian Infantry Hunters Regiment in the campaigns of Belgium, Holland, and France, where at the Battle of Dunkirk he was taken prisoner. After escaping from prison camp he returned to the seminary. Upon completion of his theological studies he was, by special indult of the Holy See, ordained to the priesthood in 1942, at the age of 23; three years of post-graduate studies followed at the Catholic University of Louvain. Besides the 3-year-courses in Canon Law, Moral Theology and Church History, he also took the 1-year-courses in Civil Law, Social Economy, International Law and Archeology. His degrees earned at Louvain are Bachelor in Canon Law, and the triple major Licentiate (Ph.D. in the USA) in Canon Law, Moral Theology and Church History.
As battlefield-commissioned chaplain, Father De Pauw took part in the liberation of Northern Belgium and Southern Holland with the Belgian Underground Army and the 1st Free Polish Armored Division, which awarded him the Honor Cross of the Free Polish Forces. Fifteen years later Father De Pauw was to receive the "Certificate of Achievement" from the U.S. 2nd Army, for what the citation called "outstanding contribution to the religious welfare of the military and civilian personnel of the U.S. Army Garrison and the U.S. Army War College at Carlisle, Pennsylvania," where Father De Pauw served as substitute-chaplain in 1960.
In 1949 Father De Pauw joined his family in the U.S. and served for two years as a parish priest in New York City, St. Stephen in Manhattan and St. Clare in the Bronx, while at the same time preparing his doctoral dissertation on "The Educational Rights of the Church" for the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C., where he was promoted to Doctor in Canon Law in 1953.
Meanwhile, in 1952, he had accepted the chair of Moral Theology and Canon Law at Mount St. Mary's Seminary in Emmitsburg, Maryland, a position he held for thirteen years. He also served simultaneously as Professor of Fundamental Dogmatic Theology and Dean of Studies at the same institution, and as Associate Professor of Philosophy and member-general secretary of the Administrative Council of the College of the same name. His weekends and vacations meanwhile were devoted to parish-work at St. Ignatius Church, Buchanan Valley, Pennsylvania. After three years as professor at Mount St. Mary's he transferred from the diocese of Ghent to the archdiocese of Baltimore, until November 16, 1965, when the Holy See placed him under the jurisdiction of the bishop of Tivoli-Rome, in order to enable him to resume the leadership of the CATHOLIC TRADITIONALIST MOVEMENT, publicly launched by him the previous March 15, and to eventually establish the AVE MARIA CHAPEL, in Westbury, Long Island, New York, which at its opening on June 23, 1968, became the first and only publicly functioning traditionalist Roman Catholic parish in the world.
Father De Pauw has contributed to several joint publications such as the NEW CATHOLIC ENCYCLOPEDIA, the ENCYCLOPEDIC DICTIONARY OF THE BIBLE, the HOMILETIC AND PASTORAL REVIEW, and EPHEMERIDES THEOLOGICAE LOVANIENSES.
The best known of his own numerous publications are his TRADITIONAL ROMAN CATHOLIC MASS, published in book form, as well as on phonograph records, audio and video cassettes, and his most controversial work, THE CHALLENGE OF PEACE THROUGH STRENGTH, (1989).
He is also editor of the CTM-publications SOUNDS OF TRUTH AND TRADITION and QUOTE…UNQUOTE, and producer of the worldwide SUNDAY RADIO MASS.
Between 1962 and 1965 Father De Pauw participated in the Second Vatican Ecumenical Council as an officially recognized "personal expert" and "procurator." During that Council the then Vatican Secretary of State Amleto Cardinal Cicognani, personally promoted Father De Pauw to Domestic Prelate, with the title of Right Reverend Monsignor, an honor subsequently replaced with the granting of the Silver Medal of Pope Paul VI's pontificate, as "a mark of the Holy Father's appreciative gratitude for Father De Pauw's work."
At one time or another Father De Pauw was a member of such organizations as -he resigned, in protest, from some of them- the CATHOLIC THEOLOGICAL SOCIETY OF AMERICA, the CANON LAW SOCIETY OF AMERICA, the AMERICAN CATHOLIC PHILOSOPHICAL ASSOCIATION, the NATIONAL CATHOLIC EDUCATIONAL ASSOCIATION, the INTERNATIONAL PLATFORM ASSOCIATION, the INTERNATIONAL HEALTH SOCIETY, AMERICAN ASSOCIATION OF UNIVERSITY PROFESSORS, UNIVERSITY PROFESSORS FOR ACADEMIC ORDER, the ORDER OF LAFAYETTE, the AMERICAN SECURITY COUNCIL and its U.S. CONGRESSIONAL ADVISORY BOARD.

Father De Pauw's last public Mass was Easter Sunday, March 27, 2005. After a grueling Holy Week schedule a very week Father De Pauw was asked if he wanted to forego offering Mass on Easter. With a stern look he replied, "I have to do this, I am ready to go".
Early in the morning on May 6, 2005, Father went to his eternal reward he was so deserving of. In response to the notification of Father's passing, a clergyman stated, "I hope he died in the peace of the Lord".
Let all be assured that Father De Pauw left this world spiritually, mentally and physically most peaceful. Confident he faced his Maker whom he served faithfully as a true priest forever while holding on to the traditions.

When on January 20, 1989, Ronald Reagan left the White House, an unprecedented popular U.S. Presidency, and the first two-term one in almost 30 years, came to an end.
Instead of adding our own page to the almost unanimously applauding editorials of that day, – Reagan's extra-ordinary 58 percent job approval rating was the highest of any U.S. President since World War II – we decided to let “the great communicator” speak for himself. And so we published a special issue of our information bulletin QUOTE…UNQUOTE, containing the 40th U.S .

President Reagan himself was, obviously most pleased with our decision, so pleased they the sent us a personal handwritten letter, thanking us for “the honor done to him”, an honor of which – with a humility almost unimaginable for the most powerful leader on earth – he considered himself perhaps the “undeserving” recipient.
Ever since the start of the year 2000, we have on several occasions, been urged to provide a “new millennium” edition of those same “Reagan dicta”. – Not only because these pronouncements have lost none of their timeliness, but even more so, because today's younger generation of these United States is unaware of them. And so it is that ,with these young men and women in mind, we herewith publish this dicta – collection under the title “KEEP THE FAITH”, the words spoken by Ronald Reagan upon entering the U.S . Capitol for his last presidential function, attending the inauguration of his successor, George Bush.
And even if the Scripture predicted destruction of today's worldwide Babylon, and the “in glory and power” take-over by the “King of Kings” were as near as some signs all around us seem to indicate, …even then, we are still appealing to the healthy and sane segment of our youth to find in this pamphlet the inspiration to make another, even if final, attempt to add a new glorious chapter to the annals of what we all – Americans by birth or by choice – at one time hailed as “the Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave”.
It certainly would be more comfortable for America's young men and women to find themselves part of that minority of “chosen ones”, than to face the “rapturing” returning “King of Angels” as part of that “immoral majority” of their peers, whose cynical civic and religious indifferentism has by now irrevocably reduced them to “we're-having -a-good-time” tow-bit players in a repeat performance of what history has already classified as “the decline and fall of the Roman Empire”.
