HAMAS, THE ARCHITECTURE OF TREASON ON SYRIA, IRAN AND PALESTINE.

On Sunday 5 February 2012 the final representative of Hamas, Imad al-Amadi left Syria and returned to Gaza, from where he was exiled by Israel in 1991. The decision was according to Hamas based on “the Syrian government’s crackdowns on protesters“. (1) What Hamas did not tell the cheering crowd that greeted al-Amadi welcome home to Gaza, when he entered Gaza via Egypt, was that the Syrian government is cracking down on an armed insurgency of Muslim Brothers, which it has helped establish with Hamas old and new allies Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Israel and NATO, effectively betraying Syria, Iran and Hezbollah that have secured it´s very existence over the last decades.

Old allies, because, as Lebanese political analyst Fidaa Itani expresses it, Hamas has its roots in the Muslim Brotherhood, and was established by well connected Muslim Brothers Families. (2) From this perspective it is not entirely surprising that Hamas is aligning itself with the Muslim Brothers from Qatar, Turkey and Saudi Arabia, who together with NATO´s Al Qaeda make up the bulge of the military onslaught against the government and people of Syria. One could of course use euphemisms for NATO´s mercenary armies, such as Libyan Islamic Fighting Group, Tripoli Military Counsel, and Free Syrian Army. Cutting to the bone they are aspects of the same NATO/Zionist attack that has devastated Libya and is turned loose against Syria and Iran. Not surprisingly, the Hamas Polit-Bureau must have been under intense pressure from Muslim Brothers to join the “Arab Spring“, and doing so it has found its new allies in NATO and Israel.

The fact that the “Arab Spring” including the role which Hamas was supposed to be playing in it has long been planned and managed from the top is demonstrated by information nsnbc received on 25 January 2012, from a well connected Palestinian Intelligence Source in Turkey.
The murder of nine Turkish citizens on board the Gaza Freedom Flotilla vessel Mavi Marmara was facilitated with the aid of a pro Arab Spring fraction of Hamas. The victims were Turkish members of the brotherhood and related organizations. Brothers who received a Judas Kiss by their fellow brothers because they stood in the way for the brotherhoods participation in an armed insurgency against Syria. (3) Not surprisingly, one of the top NATO mercenary intelligence operatives and his second in command have been on board the Mavi Marmora, facilitating the execution by IDF Special Forces, and the operation falls neatly into NATO Intelligence´s chain of terrorism and murder under false flag. (4)

Naturally, not all members of Hamas at all levels agree with the U-Turn of its Polit-Bureau. The development begs the question whether some of the 2010, 2011 and 2012 arrests of Hamas leaders by Israel could indicate that Israel is assisting Hamas in solving the worst internal problems, as it helped settle the internal conflict of the Turkish Muslim Brothers by assassinating nine members opposed to the war on Syria.

Fatah has co-operated with both Israel and the USA in the detention of members of PFLP´s leadership for years, so it would not exactly be a Palestinian novelty if Hamas used Israel to solve internal problems.

Hamas has chosen, and with its choice it has put its money on the horse of treason.

Treason on a Hezbollah, which has for years been a guarantor of Hamas political and military survival. A Hezbollah which is under increased pressure since the Lebanese branch of the Muslim brotherhood, al-Jamaa al-Islamiya seems to be joining the Qatari, Saudi, NATO-Zionist “Arab Spring Bandwagon”.(5) The Hamas treason against Hezbollah and the realignment of the Lebanese Muslim Brothers could in the light of the regional situation be the precursor of a new Lebanese civil war. A civil war which would be very much in the interest of NATO and Israel, facilitated by Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and their allies in Lebanon.

The second case of treason by Hamas is that against Syria, and implicitly it is a third case of treason, namely against the People of Palestine. Syria has for decades been the sole Arab Nation that consequently has supported the Palestinian cause. Iran may have played a role in Syria´s decision to support Hamas. The decision was most likely based on preventing the very scenario that is being acted out now. This is the alignment of Hamas with a Qatar and Saudi Arabia who act as regional agency of the old and modo-colonial powers and thus as agency of Israel. For Syria, it would have been a much less complicated and a more advantageous decision to boost its support of as-Saika, the PFLP, DFLP, and to maintain a stronger Arab Supported Palestinian Military in the form of the PFLP-GC.

It is with full intention that the article does not take Sunni-Shia differences into account. What is much more pertinent than artificially created sectarian divides is the question if the political leadership of Hamas believes that the promises of a “Palestinian Spring” which it according to nsnbc´s Palestinian Intelligence Source has been promised after the eventual ousting of the Syrian government will be of any value for Palestine and Palestinians.

It ought to be obvious for members of Hamas Polit-Bureau, and it should be obvious for all Palestinians who may be confronted with the prospect of a NATO/Zionist manufactured Palestinian Spring, that the eventual fall of the Syrian government will be the precursor of the fall of Jordan, and the precursor of what the current US Administration vaguely describes as a Palestinian Solution within the context of a comprehensive solution for the Middle East. Not that Jordan has done anything for the People of Palestine for decades. The true danger lies in the possibility of letting greater civil liberties for Palestinian refugees and citizens of the not yet occupied enclaves in the West Bank become a bargaining chip in a land for peace deal between a future Hamas co-opted Palestine and its neighbors.

A Muslim Brotherhood controlled Syria, Lebanon and Jordan, the right of refugees in Lebanon and Jordan to work and integrate into society, the guarantied safety of all Palestinians in the West Bank who stay within their heavily guarded enclaves like Qalqila, the right of Palestinians from West bank enclaves to travel to Jordan and Syria, and the continuation of the genocide on the people of Palestine ~ now administrated by Hamas rather than Fatah.

The only positive aspect of Hamas last representative leaving Syria might be that the architecture of treason has become a little bit more obvious for Syria, Iran, and maybe the people of Palestine.

The 'silent war' with Iran

Back in August 2010, I wrote a post warning about the possibility that war with Iran was being "mainstreamed." My concern was the likelihood that incessant talk of war would gradually accustom people to the idea and harden perceptions to the point that eventually even former skeptics would be convinced that war was inevitable and that we might as well get it over with. As I put it back then:

If you talk about going to war often enough and for long enough, people get used to the idea and some will even begin to think if it is bound to happen sooner or later, than "'twere better to be done quickly." In an inside-the-Beltway culture where being "tough" is especially prized, it is easy for those who oppose "decisive" action to get worn down and marginalized. If war with Iran comes to be seen as a "default" condition, then it will be increasingly difficult for cooler heads (including President Obama himself) to say no.

I now wonder if my concerns were understated, and the danger a bit more subtle. It appears that we have gone beyond just talking about military action to actually engaging in it, albeit at a low level. In addition to waging cyberwar via Stuxnet, the United States and/or Israel appear to be engaged in covert efforts to blow up Iranian facilities and murder Iranian scientists. Earlier this week, the CIA lost a reconnaissance drone over Iranian territory (whether Iran shot it down or not is disputed). And just as I'd feared, this situation has led smart and normally sober people like Andrew Sullivan and Roger Cohen to endorse this shadowy campaign, on the grounds that it is preferable to all-out war.

I certainly agree that what the United States is doing is better than launching an all-out attack, but I question this approach on three grounds. First, as I've already argued elsewhere, our preoccupation with Iran vastly overstates its capabilities and the actual threat it poses to U.S. interests. Iran is a minor military power at present, and it has no meaningful power projection capabilities. It has been pursuing some sort of nuclear capability for decades without getting there, which makes one wonder whether Iran intends to ever cross the nuclear weapons threshold. Even if it did, it could not use a bomb against us or against Israel without triggering its own destruction, and there is no sign that Iran's leadership is suicidal. Quite the contrary, in fact: the clerics seem more concerned with staying alive and staying in power than anything else. Iran's "revolutionary" ideology is old and tired and inspires no one. The "Arab Spring" has underscored Iran's irrelevance as a political force, Iran's Syrian ally is under siege and may yet fall, and the ongoing U.S. withdrawal from Iraq will remove a key source of Iranian-Iraqi solidarity and encourage Arab-Persian differences to reemerge once again. Iran is a problem but a relatively minor one, and it is a sign of our collective strategic myopia that U.S. leaders either cannot figure this out or cannot say so openly.

Second, waging a covert, low-level war is not without risks, including the risk of undesirable escalation. No matter how carefully we try to control the level of force, there's always the danger that matters spiral out of control. Iran can't do much to us militarily, but it can cause trouble in limited ways and it could certainly take steps that would jack up oil prices and possibly derail the fragile global economic recovery. Moreover, if some U.S. operation misfired and a couple of hundred Iranians died, wouldn't the revolutionary government feel compelled to respond? If U.S. or Israeli operatives are captured on Iranian soil, will pressure mount on us to do more? (Just imagine what all the GOP candidates would start saying!) Such developments may not be likely, of course, but it would be foolhardy to ignore such possibilities entirely. Nor should we ignore the possibility that others will learn from this sort of "unconventional" campaign and one day use similar tactics against U.S. allies or the United States itself.

Third, a semi-secret war of this kind raises the inevitable risk of "blowback." The late Chalmers Johnson defined blowback as the unintended consequences of U.S. action abroad, and especially those actions of which the public is largely unaware. When we conduct semi-secret, not-quite wars in other countries, the targets sometime try to hit us back. When they do, many people back home will see their actions as unjustified aggression, and as evidence that our enemies are irrevocably hostile and unremittingly evil.

A case in point is the alleged Iranian plot to get Mexican drug lords to assassinate the Saudi ambassador in Washington. Americans immediately concluded that this scheme was a sign of dastardly Iranian perfidy, when it might just as easily have been a harebrained Iranian riposte to what we were already doing. This is not to say that Iran was justified in trying to blow up a building in our nation's capital, but by what logic is peace-loving America justified in doing something similar over in Iran? In short: If the American people don't quite know what their government is up to, they cannot understand or interpret what other states are doing either. We may have good reasons not to like what others are doing, but the bigger danger is that we simply won't understand it, and won't understand our own role in helping bring such actions about.

Lastly, ratcheting up military pressure -- even if done covertly and at a relatively low level -- can only reaffirm deeply rooted Iranian suspicions of the United States and prolong U.S.-Iranian animosity. (The same is true in reverse, of course). I'm under no illusions about the depths of this animosity and the degree of skill, imagination, and patience it would take to unravel it, but doing more of the same is not going to make it any easier. Yes, many Iranians loathe the regime and would like it to go, but that doesn't mean they welcome U.S. or Israeli attacks on Iranian soil. And that is especially true of attacks on the nuclear program, which Iranians of many political persuasions view as an important symbol of national pride.

In short, the "silent campaign" against Iran is not without its own risks and costs. It is preferable to all-out attack, but a silent war and an all-out war are not the only options. The third option is a sustained and patient effort to reengage with Iran, in order to convince Iranian leaders that they are better off not going nuclear and that both sides will be better off if we can gradually work out some of our differences. Such an approach does not require the United States to sacrifice any core interests, nor would it preclude continuing to press Iran on its human rights record and on other matters that trouble us. And maybe it won't work. But as Trita Parsi shows in his new book A Single Roll of the Dice, that alternative approach has never really been tried.

Born in April 1960 and raised in California, Stevens, 52, studied for his undergraduate degree at the University of California at Berkeley in 1982 before graduating from the University of California's Hastings College of Law in 1989.

Stevens practised international trade law in Washington DC for several years before joining the US Foreign Service in 1991.

As a speaker of French and Arabic [Editor Note: Typical for postings to the Middle East for American Diplomats], his early career consisted of foreign postings focused on the Middle East, including work in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Syria and Israel. He was also a Peace Corps Volunteer in Morocco from 1983 to 1985.

In 1996, Stevens served as a staff assistant in the Bureau of Near Eastern Affairs at the State Department in Washington, the Iran desk officer, and special assistant to the under secretary for political affairs.

For a short period before May 2007, Stevens was on detail as a Pearson Fellow to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, where he served as minority staff adviser on Middle East affairs.

Stevens had served in Libya twice before, having been posted there for the first time in June 2007 as deputy chief of mission.

In 2009, he was later appointed as the chargé d'affaires at the embassy in Tripoli and soon after was named director of the Office of Multilateral Nuclear and Security Affairs.

On April 5 2011 he arrived for his second tour in Libya. Stevens served as special representative to the Libyan Transitional National Council where he was sent to rebel headquarters in Benghazi, with the intention of forging stronger links with the Interim Transitional National Council, and intending to gain a better understanding of the various factions fighting the Gadhafi regime.

Stevens' reports back to the US government are believed to have encouraged the American support of the rebel council, formally carried out in July 2011 by Obama administration.

Upon his arrival in April last year, Stevens became the highest-ranking US representative to travel to Libya since the uprising began.

He was appointed as ambassador in January this year by the Obama administration and took up his post in Tripoli in May.

The attack on the embassy occurred on Tuesday night, the 11th anniversary of 9/11.

Secondly, the Right to Life from conception to natural death is inviolate. Third, all conjuring of devils, demons and evil spirits of any sort and practice of idolatry, magic and sorcery is absolutely forbidden.

The warning of Christ to all men in Matthew 25 is always utmost to us.

The parable of the ten virgins, and of the talents: the description of the last judgment.

Parable of the Ten Virgins

1 Then shall the kingdom of heaven be like to ten virgins, who taking their lamps went out to meet the bridegroom and the bride.
2 And five of them were foolish, and five wise.
3 But the five foolish, having taken their lamps, did not take oil with them:
4 But the wise took oil in their vessels with the lamps.
5 And the bridegroom tarrying, they all slumbered and slept.
6 And at midnight there was a cry made: Behold the bridegroom cometh, go ye forth to meet him.
7 Then all those virgins arose and trimmed their lamps.
8 And the foolish said to the wise: Give us of your oil, for our lamps are gone out.
9 The wise answered, saying: Lest perhaps there be not enough for us and for you, go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves.
10 Now whilst they went to buy, the bridegroom came: and they that were ready, went in with him to the marriage, and the door was shut.
11 But at last come also the other virgins, saying: Lord, Lord, open to us.
12 But he answering said: Amen I say to you, I know you not.
13 Watch ye therefore, because you know not the day nor the hour.

Parable of the Talents

14 For even as a man going into a far country, called his servants, and delivered to them his goods;
15 And to one he gave five talents, and to another two, and to another one, to every one according to his proper ability: and immediately he took his journey.
16 And he that had received the five talents, went his way, and traded with the same, and gained other five.
17 And in like manner he that had received the two, gained other two.
18 But he that had received the one, going his way digged into the earth, and hid his lord's money.
19 But after a long time the lord of those servants came, and reckoned with them.
20 And he that had received the five talents coming, brought other five talents, saying: Lord, thou didst deliver to me five talents, behold I have gained other five over and above.
21 His lord said to him: Well done, good and faithful servant, because thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will place thee over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.
22 And he also that had received the two talents came and said: Lord, thou deliveredst two talents to me: behold I have gained other two.
23 His lord said to him: Well done, good and faithful servant: because thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will place thee over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.
24 But he that had received the one talent, came and said: Lord, I know that thou art a hard man; thou reapest where thou hast not sown, and gatherest where thou hast not strewed.
25 And being afraid I went and hid thy talent in the earth: behold here thou hast that which is thine.
26 And his lord answering, said to him: Wicked and slothful servant, thou knewest that I reap where I sow not, and gather where I have not strewed:
27 Thou oughtest therefore to have committed my money to the bankers, and at my coming I should have received my own with usury.
28 Take ye away therefore the talent from him, and give it to him that hath ten talents.
29 For to every one that hath shall be given, and he shall abound: but from him that hath not, that also which he seemeth to have shall be taken away.
30 And the unprofitable servant cast ye out into the exterior darkness. There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

The Last Judgment

31 And when the Son of man shall come in his majesty, and all the angels with him, then shall he sit upon the seat of his majesty.
32 And all nations shall be gathered together before him, and he shall separate them one from another, as the shepherd separateth the sheep from the goats:
33 And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on his left.
34 Then shall the king say to them that shall be on his right hand: Come, ye blessed of my Father, possess you the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world.
35 For I was hungry, and you gave me to eat; I was thirsty, and you gave me to drink; I was a stranger, and you took me in:
36 Naked, and you covered me: sick, and you visited me: I was in prison, and you came to me.
37 Then shall the just answer him, saying: Lord, when did we see thee hungry, and fed thee; thirsty, and gave thee drink?
38 And when did we see thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and covered thee?
39 Or when did we see thee sick or in prison, and came to thee?
40 And the king answering, shall say to them: Amen I say to you, as long as you did it to one of these my least brethren, you did it to me.
41 Then he shall say to them also that shall be on his left hand: Depart from me, you cursed, into everlasting fire which was prepared for the devil and his angels.
42 For I was hungry, and you gave me not to eat: I was thirsty, and you gave me not to drink.
43 I was a stranger, and you took me not in: naked, and you covered me not: sick and in prison, and you did not visit me.
44 Then they also shall answer him, saying: Lord, when did we see thee hungry, or thirsty, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister to thee?
45 Then he shall answer them, saying: Amen I say to you, as long as you did it not to one of these least, neither did you do it to me.
46 And these shall go into everlasting punishment: but the just, into life everlasting.
